JDM Eurotuner?!

Here’s the thing, I’m a young 240 fanatic without a car yet. So my older brother Toan from Platte Forme A.G (specializes in european cars), wants to get me a M3 (e46). I’m sorry to say but I’m leaning towards it. =( what you guys think?
